For the Student Poster Session, posters must formatted and printed in a vertical layout that is 32” high x 40” wide or a horizontal layout that is 40” wide x 32” high. It is strongly recommended that you use one of the Student Poster Session templates provided below to ensure your poster is the correct size.

Bring a printed copy of their poster to the conference. AACC does not provide poster printing onsite.
Upload a PDF version of their final poster by Friday, October 9 for inclusion in the conference mobile app. Posters created using the PowerPoint templates provided below can be easily saved or exported as a PDF for submission. Upload Your Final Poster PDF, here.
You may select and download any of the PowerPoint templates below or use your own template as long as it meets the required size guidelines of 32” high x 40” wide or 40” wide x 32” high.
